Dr. Andy Lovsin was great! The clinic says it’s closed permanently, but he reached out to me when I had an appointment already set and still took care of me. He said just call the clinic and they can help. Got my exam and updated RX. Super friendly and I had a great experience. If I wasn’t moving to AZ next month, I’d be back annually!
Very clean waiting and exam rooms, The employees are very friendly and professional. Andrew J. Lovsin, O.D. is a very nice and takes time with each patient to make sure that you know exactly what is good or bad about your eyes and his recommended treatment..
Dr Andrew is awesome. Informative and fun visit for my elderly dad. The balding fem receptionist, on the other hand pocketed a twenty out of my dad's payment and acted like we were short. My fault for not watching the cash. I didn't realize street rules applied here.
Dr. Lovsin is very thorough. Great staff. I've been getting my eyes examined here for 4 years or so. Really enjoy the care they take to make customers feel appreciated.
I have went to this center for several years. Today was absolutely terrible. The secretary along with the doctor was extremely rude, and disregarded me as a patient. I was made aware of a medical condition regarding my eyes and when I asked specific questions and advised the doctor of my medical history , he rolled his eyes and shrugged his shoulders. I wouldn’t suggest this eye doctor to anyone who wants to be treated with respect.
