Spectrum Eye Physicians

My family and I have been going to Spectrum Eye at the Cupertino location for over 15 years, and we have always had an excellent experience. I am incredibly grateful for the care, consistency, and professionalism of the entire team here. Dr. Leeanna Nguyen is patient, friendly, personable, and thorough. She takes the time to explain prescriptions, answer questions, give honest advice, and make sure we understand our eye health and options. It is clear that she genuinely wants to provide the best guidance for each patient. The front desk team, including Cary/Mei, has always been kind, reliable, and helpful with scheduling, insurance, and general questions. The opticians are also outstanding. Stephanie has helped us for years, and it has been wonderful to see her work recognized and her role grow into manager. Finally, Quynh, more recently, has also helped multiple members of my family choose new glasses and sunglasses from the. many different options at this location, explain different frame and lens options, fix broken glasses, and walk us through insurance choices with patience, care and a smile. Spectrum Eye Cupertino has consistently provided friendly, thoughtful, and reliable service. I highly recommend them!

I will not be back 1) Appoint started significantly later than booked, after I refilled the intake form I had already filled online. For the late morning appointment, the appointment started around an hour late. 2) One assistant was great. The other assistant and Dr. James Liu did not do basic wipe-down of equipment for me to put my face/chin on. I could still see what seemed like oil/residue from a previous patient on the equipment. I had to request it twice, and one of the assistants just handed me a wipe to do it myself. 3) The bill was mailed incorrectly for an exam coordinated with my employer.

Dr Liu is very kind and friendly with my adult son. My kid is disabled and takes a lot of patience for the exams involved with eye doctors. He and his staff take the time and make my kid feel welcome and accepted.

Came in to this location to see Dr. Mastman As I had something in my eye. He numbed my eye and was able to quickly remove the foreign object from my eye. He did give me a stern look when I told him that I waited 2 days to go in C; Long story short, Dr. Mastman took me in on a moment’s notice and took really good care of me!! 10 stars!!! The office is also very nice on the inside with lots of seating

Quynh was extremely helpful and kind when helping my dad pick out 2 new glasses frames. She very patiently answered all of his questions, helped him find great sunglass options, and most importantly provided incredible service. Highly, highly recommend!
