I had a great overall experience! Friendly when you enter. Very low wait & immediately attended to once in the exam room. Very thorough & informative. Great selection of frames as well. Highly recommend! Receptionist, Amelia, and Dr. Winkler are all awesome.
I had a great experience. Dr Winkler is very thorough and professional. The rest of the staff were all very nice and welcoming. Great glasses selection as well! I will definitely be recommending to my family and friends!
At a time when you can feel very nervous about an upcoming appointment, it’s always a pleasure to walk in the door and be treated so well. Sara, Ana and Rosa are always so very friendly as well as efficient in the jobs that they all do. Dr. Chang is very knowledgeable and I feel comfortable with her and her diagnosis. It has been an absolute pleasure to see everyone at each visit!
During an annual eye exam, my ophthalmologist noticed a possible retinal tear in my left eye. I was advised to get an appointment with a retinal specialist. The specialist did find a tear and was unable to treat it with laser treatments. He performed a vitrectomy and placed a silicone oil bubble over the Retina to keep it in place. After three weeks, my eye is doing well, and I am on the road to recovery. Had the spectrum opthalmogist not discovered the retinal tear when she did, the outcome would not have come out as well as it did. I had no symptoms at all of a retinal tear and would not have known, except for the eye exam. Moral of story: Get a yearly eye exam, and do so at Spectrum Eye Physicians.
I love this ophthalmologist office. Sarah is so nice and supportive with Insurance information. She set up my appointment in a timely manner. Ann is a grate nurse, she helped me out in a critical moment. I am glad she was there for me. Dr Chang was so wonderful, she found my eye issues and took care of the pain quickly . I was in so much pain and Dr Chang found the issue. I am so glad I chose this ophthalmologist in our town . I recommend this office.
