St Clair Eye

I recently had an eye exam at St Clair Eye in Pell City, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the moment I walked through the door, the experience was exceptional. The staff is incredibly welcoming, greeting me with warm smiles and making me feel completely at home right away. The office runs very well; the entire operation is efficient, organized, and there was practically no wait time. They value your time, which is so refreshing. As for the exam itself, Dr. Patel and the team provided truly comprehensive care. They took the time to explain every step of the testing, utilized advanced equipment, and checked everything thoroughly without ever making me feel rushed. It is clear they truly care about the overall wellness of their patients. If you are looking for an outstanding optometrist in the Pell City area, do yourself a favor and visit St Clair Eye. I will definitely be returning!

I had one of the best optometry experiences ever at the St. Clair Eye Clinic. Dr. Patel was absolutely amazing — professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring throughout the entire visit. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. Her staff also embodies excellence in customer service. Everyone was welcoming, efficient, and incredibly helpful, which made the entire appointment seamless and stress-free. It is rare to find a medical office where every single person treats patients with such kindness and professionalism. If you are anywhere in the surrounding Pell City area and need an optometrist, I highly recommend the St. Clair Eye Clinic. Another huge plus — they accept VA referrals, which is extremely helpful for veterans. Outstanding experience all around. Highly recommended!

Great service! Very friendly and efficient staff..they were able to get me an appt quickly. Dr Patel was very thorough, listened to and addressed my concerns regarding my eye issues, and offered several great options for my contacts/glasses. St. Clair Eyes is the absolute best! Dr. Patel and her staff are very personable, professional and they truly care for their patients. Dr. Patel saved my sight in 2024 because she listened to me and immediately diagnosed my issue. The staff are also very attentive and work to help schedule appointments, order contacts etc. I drive from Helena to Pell City because the quality of care is unmatched!

All around great experience. The staff was amazing and Doctor Patel was very thorough with the exam. She discovered a problem that my last Doctor didn't address. I feel very comfortable being under their care, and I will plan on making them my "go to" for future care!
