This was one of the best experiences I have had with an eyeglass business. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I thought I was not going to be able to get my daughter's glasses, and the staff found a way. I am forever grateful. She is on the spectrum, and they were understanding and patient. Thank you all so much for the service my family received. We will be back!!

I was very happy with the service I received from the Sales Manager, Rebin at the River City location. He was very caring and has a great sense of humor. I came about 30 minutes before they closed and was welcomed right in. I did not feel rushed or pressured and Rebin took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I understood and allowed me to ask questions. Also, Brandon assisted Rebin in getting me all taken care of and I was just very impressed and satisfied overall. I would recommend this location to my family and friends. Thanks Rebin for the exemplary service you provided me.

I went to the Stanton eyeglasses at the airport back in October of 2025. I paid for two pairs of bifocals. By the end of November I had one pair with some confusion about what I picked out. They saw that I picked out two frames so they promised me the second pair within 2-3 weeks. Christmas passed. New years passed. I finally got a hold of someone after a ton of phone tag and they said they didn’t know what happened but come up there to pick out a new frame. I did so they put the frames to the side and said they’ll send them off and call me when they’re ready. It’s now June, no one will call me back and they obviously had no intention of holding true to their promise. I have one pair although I paid for two and I will never get another pair from them again. This is absolutely cowardly and shameful. Just beware they seem to pick and choose who they’ll scam or ignore.

Pilar was awesome! She helped me discover my old glasses were two times too strong and she just had so much patience and good energy. When I came to pick up, Seanja helped me fix my frames. She is also super helpful and sweet. I’m very happy with the service I received, as well as the value, so thank you!

1st off the associate was really nice and helpful. Now it looks like she may not have been honest about when glasses will be ready. She originally said maybe next day or day after. Automated system says a week now. I will be checking closely when they eventully show up! When glasses do show up I will be posting another review and I am pretty sure it will not be good. Why a company would not be honest about amount of time you have to wait for product is a terrible business model. Just be honest and dont mislead customers just be honest up front. I will be surprised if my order turns out correct and will be making sure people know! Well once again the people who work there are great! Of course their service needs alot of work! They texted and emailed glasses were ready. Not so much after I drove up they said wait for a call ignore text and emails! Left and Right hand folks!
