Glasses are OK but the program/process is a scam. No warranty unless you pay $25. Can't get any features if you use their promotion which is not explained on the website. I have to single out one person, Kelli, the woman at the River City location near JAX airport. She was rude, impatient, didn't explain things well. Didn't go through options very well if I didn't use promotional pricing. Told her 3 times I wanted lenses for computer but she didn't listen to me and must have order reading distance. I just couldn't wait to get out of that store. Now I have to lean close to computer screen for proper focus. Just get an eye exam anywhere and order glasses from EyeBuyDirect or other similar websites. You get scratch resistant/anti-reflective coating, blue light UV lenses and/or polarized for outdoors at a fraction of the price (60% cheaper). 30 day money back guarantee (better than no warranty at all). Never going to America's Best again.

The did a great job in getting me my new glasses. Very pleased with the service. Now the service after the sale is a different scenario. Yesterday my nose pad broke and visited the store to get replacements. I was told that they cannot do any repairs unless a certain individual is there and that person would not be there until Monday. Then I asked if they could adjust my second pair as they were uncomfortable, they told me they couldn’t do that either. They sent me across the parking lot to Walmart, who gladly repaired both pairs of my glasses for a nominal charge. Ask me where I will be going next time for my glasses. Shoutout to Walmart for the service even though I didn’t purchase my glasses there. I guess my question would be what is the point of being open if simple items cannot be done, what are they actually doing during these business hours.

Just want to give a shout out to Kelli at America’s Best 13221 City Station location in Jax. Kelli was so professional and kind to my friend that was hard of hearing & had some difficulty understanding what type of lens were best to enhance her vision. Kelli even had her own drawings (in laymen’s terms) to help her better understand what she was trying to convey concerning lens clearness & depth perception. Kelli is an asset to your business. The service was quick and efficient — I completed my eye exam and ordered my glasses in less than an hour! I truly appreciated how organized and welcoming the office was. Highly recommend!
