The InFocus office was quiet and organized. Like usual, I had to fill out the health questionnaire and personal info but once done with that, only waited a few minutes before I was taken back for my pre-tests. Then I immediately went to the exam room where I waited for the optometrist, Dr. Taylor, for about 5 minutes. She was very knowledgeable and efficient, answering all my questions and completing the exam flawlessly. Very happy with the service and quick throughput. I highly recommend this location for your eye care needs.

My mom had a really great experience at this clinic. She doesn’t speak English very well, and sometimes that can make appointments stressful, but Xailene was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding with her the entire time. She took the time to explain things clearly, made my mom feel comfortable, and treated her with so much care and respect. It honestly meant a lot to our family to see someone be so sweet and compassionate. The whole staff was professional, but Xailene truly stood out and made the visit a positive experience. We really appreciate her kindness and would definitely recommend this clinic!

Jamie Taylor optometrist is the very best I have had in years. She took the time to explain the findings of her exams, the way that I could understand them in very simple terms. I have to say that I would recommend her to anyone in my family. When I left infocus i was very satisfied with my experience.

I really enjoyed my first visit to InFocus. They took me back right at the time of my appointment and the gentleman that assisted me in preparing to see the doctor was very pleasant (as was the young lady that greeted me and the one that helped me checkout). I was also impressed with the selection of brand named eyewear available, as I was able to find a pair on the spot. This was truly a nice visit and I look forward to continuing with them for all of my eye care needs.
