i had a great time here! gia was an absolute pleasure- she worked with my budget, accommodated to my schedule, and was very personable! my eye exam was completed in 20 minutes, and took another 30 minutes to receive glasses. it was very quick and efficient, i was surprised! i highly recommend coming here for glasses- the ‘buy 2 free exam’ is an excellent deal, and they also have deals if you join their club.

Omg, let me tell you about my experience from yesterday. Victoria , the eye doctor was amazing. She treated me like I was family. My son eyeglasses broke and we wasn’t even a patient. The wait wasn’t that long, we Were in and out! I got an unbelievable price. I almost thought we was related. I will be coming back and transferring from my eye doctor to Stanton optical! It was truly a great experience and will be suggesting all my friends and family make the switch!

Staff is overall good, the prices are great and good sales. They are not pushy when taking care of clients. Very friendly. I had 3 of my own frames done, 3 for my daughter an 2 for my granddaughter. Pretty affordable.

I visited this location 3/23 and I have to say it was such an unpleasant experience as far as the wait time yet alone the staff. I went to get an eye exam done for my contacts and the manager thought it was best to use me as a test dummy for one of their new employees Who was sure of what she was doing nor confident whatsoever couldn’t get the eye exam done without having someone a assist with the machines. There was one machine in particular that takes a picture of your eyeballs and there’s a flash a part of that process they used that machine on my eyes at least 5 to 6 times and was making my eyes hurt so much to the point where I had to say something to the lady because I was starting to be in pain because they couldn’t get it right. Then, when the manager finally started to assist, she couldn’t get it right either. That process took so long and was so painful on my eyes. Then, when it was time to get my samples for the contacts, there was “none in stock” but they wanted me to pay $120 for my eye exam and leave with nothing absolutely not. How am I supposed to know if the contacts even work on me or if the prescription is correct and see if they’re even a good match for my eyes or if they even fit yet alone if they’re comfortable for my eyes. So I addressed monica about that because I don’t feel comfortable paying all that money and can’t even try on the contacts to see if they’re even a good fit. Then she goes to the back and magically a pair of contacts with my prescription appear very interesting it made me believe that she was lying About not having any in general and that alone already just upset me. So now we’re at checkout and they asked me how would I like to receive my samples and I told them multiple times that I do not live close to that location and I want them sent to my house. They asked me for my address I gave it to them about three times and asked him multiple times. These are getting sent to my house correct and they stated yes I get a call today from Victoria Letting me know that my samples have arrived at that location and they are ready for pick up. That infuriated me Because I specifically asked for the contacts to be delivered to my house due to the distance of the location this pretty much all ties down to what I’m trying to get across that team is so incompetent. They do not know what they’re doing and they’re too busy lollygagging in the store to focus when they’re assisting clients I paid all that money for a shitty service time wasted gas wasted, and I refuse to drive to the location to pick up my contacts something needs to be addressed or accommodated.
