I was told they have a doctor on-site. But they don't. Their website shows free eye exam on 8/6 & 7. But when you ask about it, they say only if you buy 2 pairs of glasses. I had asked for a diabetic eye exam, they that is always included. But since they don't have a doctor, that's not happening. They said they wanted to refer me to somewhere that does have a doctor but I have to pay them and whatever the other place charges. I told them to do the regular exam and give me my prescription and to charge my insurance only for that exam and nothing else. This was a horrible experience. I was mislead and actually lied to.

Terrible experience. Took 3 exams to get close to my daughters correct prescription. We live 45 minutes away so coming up there every week isnt possible. By the time they got a decent prescription for her they would not replace the contacts with the correct rx since it had been 6 months. Tried to call to get the prescription sent to me, they sent me an email to create account, account created, absolutely no history in the account, called again to see if they would just send it and they won't unless theres a consent on file. 10/10 do not recommend. Still not sure my daughters prescription is correct but I dont know if insurance will cover another exam and im done with this place. If it would let me give 0 stars I would.
SCAM!! THEIR $75 FRAME SALE IS A LIE AND THEY CANT EVEN GIVE YOU THE CORRECT LENSES. I wasted $400 because TWICE they've sent me the wrong lenses. My warranty expired while I was waiting for the second pair to come in because apparently their warranty doesnt start when you get glasses in hand it starts when you pay for them and then have to wait a month for them to send them. My eye sight got worse trying to adjust to glasses that were wrong BOTH TIMES. Don't bother.
Awesome! They came in a pinch and made our day. We were at a wedding and glasses frame came undone. Robert came in clutch and took care of us! Roswell come through and let the team and Robert take care of you!
"Got an exam here because they took my insurance. The exam itself was fine, but the experience with the actual glasses was frustrating. When I picked them up 2 weeks later they were noticeably crooked on my face. The technician tried heating up the temples and the bridge to shape them, but it didn't help much. Instead of continuing to fit them to my face, they used the excuse that 'they’re new and it takes time to get used to them' and even suggested 'it might just be your face shape.' Well No one's face is perfectly level like a table...that is exactly why opticians are trained to adjust frames to the wearer's unique features. Because I have a heavy astigmatism, a tilted frame means the axis of my prescription is off, making my vision blurry and causing eye strain. 'Getting used to' a physically crooked frame isn't an option. Staff is friendly, but they seem untrained in technical fittings. I’ll be going elsewhere to get these properly adjusted or remade. Great for an exam, but I wouldn't recommend them for the actual eyewear."
