I came in originally bc of a promotion I saw online. The staff was friendly but trying to up-sale me on frames that weren’t part of the promotion from the start. There is no doctor on site so my exam was done via a very unprofessional looking zoom call. Since there is no doctor on site my eyes were not dilated and I was instead referred to another location where I would have to pay more to have my eyes dilated. Once it was time to pay I was told my total before the promotion was close to 700 but my total “after the promotion was added” would be close to 400. I was shocked & confused bc I was under the impression the promotional price was less than 100. It turns out I was being up-charged for multiple things I did not ask for and had to ask that all the extra things be removed. Either way my total was more than what was advertised. I was told my glasses would be ready within 10 days and would be notified. I was never notified so I called and was told my glasses had been picked up same day which was not the case. The rep said they would put in another order, that I would get an email and I would have to wait another 10+ days. If I wouldn’t have called I probably would have never gotten a call back. The whole experience seemed very unprofessional. I really wanted to have a positive experience and recommend this location but unfortunately I would not go again.

The ladies were very nice, and very professional. I was a lil nervous, but they made me feel welcome, and comfortable my entire visit. Walked in with none but walked out with two new pairs of affordable glasses.

Latoya and another man helped me while there. I had a great time choosing frames with Latoya, she was so kind and helpful. The pricing isn’t very transparent though. So I’d ask those questions up front before choosing lenses types and frames because even with insurance I spent over $500 for two pairs of glasses. I like what I picked and I knew it’d be pricey due to my prescription and brands, but that wasn’t so clear from walking around the store. Also the doctor wasn’t on site, which is fine, but I wish I would’ve known that before booking the appointment.

The ladies at the front desk are 5 stars. Super friendly and helpful. The actual eye doctor was via zoom, was extremely short, kind of rude. I personally would have went to a different optometrist if I would have known prior that there was no physical doctor onsite.

Great experience! Greeted by Carlos who explained about the store layout of glasses. He allowed me to take my time and explore the frames without feeling rushed. Then once I found frames, Taylor was helpful & kind creating my office profile, logging my Rx, and explaining next steps. Victoria was also helpful sharing all the features I could get with my new frames. A great team that understands the needs of their clients & a supportive staff who are knowledgable, friendly. Thank you Carlos, Taylor, & Victoria!
