Made an appointment online and came in, everyone was great and easy to work with, bonus points to them because im an anxious person, they werent pushy, were helpful and let me take my time to look through all their options. At the end I got my exam and my glasses an hour later. When I was looking at the glasses I overheard the workers helping someone on the older side, they were so patient, love to see that. Cheers

Had a great experience at Stanton Optical! Lisa and Nick were both extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. They made the whole process easy and were very patient with all my questions. I really appreciate the great customer service and I definitely recommend Stanton Optical to anyone looking for a great experience!
I walked in because the giant sign on the door says “2 pairs of glasses + eye exam for $79.” Sounds simple, right? Nope. I already have Ray-Ban aviators with prescription lenses and just wanted to replace the scratched lenses. Not a new frame. Just lenses. The girl behind the counter immediately throws out “$200.” No explanation. No questions. Didn’t ask if I wanted anti-reflection, polycarbonate, glass, nothing. Just $200 like she pulled the number out of thin air. I asked how she calculated that price. She couldn’t explain it. That’s basic customer service 101. If you sell optics, you should understand what you’re selling. Customer service attitude was cold and dismissive. At one point she even told me I was “yelling,” which is nonsense. I was asking normal questions any customer would ask before spending money. They do have a lot of frames, but honestly most of them feel cheap, like $20–$50 quality. That explains the $79 promo — it’s all about pushing budget frames, not helping people who already have quality glasses. Not a complete disaster, but definitely not professional either. If you value real service and knowledgeable staff, you’re better off going somewhere like LensCrafters or a proper optical shop. Stanton Optical feels more like a discount factory than a place that actually cares about your eyes.
Great service and descent prices. Earl initially helped me with my order and was fantastic! He patiently explained my insurance coverage and lens options as it was my first time using the benefits for my new plan. He was very knowledgeable through all steps and he was able to make one of my glasses in 20 min to get me on my way! I unfortunately had a prescription change from my doctor and Nick was courteous and prompt about assisting me. There was no charge as it was in time frame, even though it was a major change. He was very knowledgeable and courteous and explained the process to me and made me comfortable.
The Staff help me with my eye prescription was very helpful and very knowledgeable/ professional. Her name is Nani Silva. I am 100% satisfied with her service that she provided to me. Highly recommend her for a job well done.
