Was told to make it back by 5:30 to get frames done today and the girl just gave bad vibes upon return . First girl was phenomenal ! Come back stand at counter and she stated she would not even be able to get them done today . Was just there a hour prior and was told something entirely different. Won be returning . She was ready to go home clearly had all the chairs up and moving like a sloth really just seemed lazy to me .. nearly 2 hours before close and they advertise 30 min time frame for lenses . Sooo disappointed in our society, no one wants to do there job and it's just so sad . She even went as far as saying well with your insurance your Brittani go further at a in network location ! Yes but the frames I found here I love !! Why try to talk me out of it ! Plain lazy . As a business owner myself this is just sad .

I would avoid this location if possible. We got there for our 930 appointment and we’re made to wait 15 minutes past our appointment time because there was only one employee here. There was another employee that was significantly late. Once I was taken back to start everything I was then informed that there was no doctor there. She told me that they do their eye exams through telehealth. Which this significantly inconvenience me because I am having vision problems that I need a PROVIDER to actually see me. My husband and I made a decision after being there for over 45 minutes that we needed to go somewhere else because both of us needed to actually see a physician. If you were just renewing a contact prescription this would be perfectly fine if there is nothing wrong with your prescription otherwise, I would avoid this location or schedule your appointment on the one day of the week that the doctor is there.

I didnt even make it to appointment. The customer service for the 1800 number is terrible and when is finally got transferred to the greenwood location, i was greeted with a regular hello like I called a personal phone. I just dont feel comfortable trusting in then to even attend the appointment I canceled. I'll spend my money somewhere else.

made an appointment and got told the doctor left early. I understood, came in the next day, no doctor again but they can do it with virtual doctors I guess, got my reading wrong and wanted me to reschedule again for the actual in person doctor. Just wasting my time when I had to get my 2 daughters ready and battling to get there on time. Just frustrating.

I’ve gotten several pairs of prescription glasses here this year. I had one pair that needed some adjusting took them in and they were fixed right then & there. The staff is very friendly, patient and helpful. Thanks Stanton Optical
