Kari is fantastic! She took her time and made sure I was completely satisfied with my new eyeglass purchase. She offered upgrades that would benefit me without being pushy and I was super impressed with her customer service. The store was clean and friendly and offered a wide range of frames. The staff is very knowledgeable, and friendly.
Wow - what a great experience at the 82nd Street Stanton Optical! Kari is the GOAT when it comes to customer service, product knowledge, and friendliness. She made it her mission to make sure I was informed and happy with all my options for my potential glasses and double checked everything to make sure it was perfect. I will be back in the future to see her!
My visit at this Stanton Optical location was wonderful. I worked with Kari who was so sweet and professional. Kari was also patient and spent about an hour with me to help me pick frames I was (and am) obsessed with! My exam was also thorough. The location is easy to find/get to, it’s clean and inviting. I highly recommend!
Terrible service! Ms. Kari only cares about the money. Not only did they do a bad job, but they also charged me for the poorly done exams. I waited a long time for reading glasses; now imagine what could happen to people who need more than that. Be careful about coming here!
Not French you get real service anywhere anymore, but I did here at Stanton Optical. When I was first fitted for glasses they were wrong and I couldn’t read fine print. I was upset and worried they wouldn’t make it right. But the lady manager spent an hour with me taking the correct info and made it right. She made sure I was happy when I picked them up today. I love them. Finally a store that has real customer service.
