Kevin, appeared to be some sort of manager, was very flirtatious and unprofessional with my husband when we came in for his appointment. We had an appointment at 6:15 and he refused to see us because he said it was too late in the evening. Refusing service is a very bad look for this company. I do not recommend this place to anyone! Hire more professional individuals that don’t express their sexuality as much.
I needed a pair of glasses same day in order to renew my DOT medical, the whole process took less than 1 ½ hours, extremely good customer service, Florence was a sweetheart! Definitely recommend going to this place if you need quick and affordable glasses!
Breanna and Christian were awesome. They worked with my wife and I to find the perfect glasses and sun glasses. They were professional, courteous, friendly, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend Stanton's Rivergate location
I wish I could contact the owner of this franchise. The most rudest hateful person works there. I went for an eye exam a couple weeks ago and final got my lens. The prescription was wrong so I went to ask for another exam. The guy refused to allow me to take another exam and proceeded to argue with me and tell me that I have to wear my glasses for two weeks so that my eyes can adjust. He argued with me for twenty minutes so I left. Got another exam at another place. The prescription from other place was different and more thorough than what I got from a non doctor. I feel the guy that works at Stanton needs to be fired for his immediate rudeness and disrespectful attitude. He tried to belittle me by telling me that what I saw from Stanton’s prescription was because of me and not the prescription. Avoid this place unless you want frustration and disrespect.
Breanna did an amazing job making sure everything was exactly what I wanted and needed I highly recommend anyone needing glasses or contacts or an exam go see her and Kevin they will take care of you
