Fantastic experience. The staff was knowledgable, timely, and professional. I was able to walk-in and be seen within 20 minutes. My new prescription feels great. They are also able to tailor lenses in-house, to fit a pair of frames I wish to keep. One drawback, they were slightly more expensive than expected. Thank you Stanton Optical Team!

My first impression of this store was being told I had to wait an hour for an appointment. I don’t know why they would even bother having an appointment system if it doesn’t work. On top of that if I wanted to leave and come back an hour later, people could take my place and make the wait longer, so its either I wait there for an hour to secure my spot or just forget about. The last thing that made this whole place a red flag was the fact that they told me the exam would be virtual and my doctor would be through a screen 😑. First impressions were bad, im sure they have good intentions with their service but this is not how you handle eye exams and appointments.

The people working there are nice but the discounts are deceptive. I went in there and repeatedly asked how much the contacts and exam would cost. She wouldn’t really say. I assumed the discounts that are advertised would be the price, but no. The final price was not $89 for exam and contacts. The final price was $237. While that isn’t overpriced compared to other eye doctors, it is deceptive pricing. I would not recommend them for this reason. Also, the exam plus 2 glasses is for frames that are horrible so that deal is bad too.

DON’T COME HERE!!!! I was coming for this promotion because I need a new pair of glasses and was interested in potentially getting contacts. I called before I came to make sure all the information was still active and to schedule my appointment. They confirmed everything and said that I could get a year supply of contacts with both exams included for $119. I get there and I explain to them what I was told to then tell me that they don’t offer nothing close to that price. I told them I called the store directly and they said they have no one working there with the description I gave. They claims that there was miscommunication and that my cheapest option was going to be $200+. These people obviously do whatever to get you through the door and once there they give you prices that aren’t even close to what you’re promised. DO NOT COME HERE!

Priscilla and Jason were incredibly welcoming and helpful!! My husband purchased glasses here; the frames look great and he received wonderful service. I had my glasses fixed and, again, terrific service by friendly staff. We highly recommend Stanton and this location!
