So I came to this place before to get an exam and glasses and was super happy with my service e . HOWEVER as of today Monday May 11th 2026 I’ve currently been sitting in my car in front of this office waiting for some one ANYONE who works here to show up! I got here right at opening 9am and closed so I figured oh I’ll make an appointment, made one for 9:45 thinking surely by then they’d be open and nope here it is 10 am I’ve been waiting for an hour and nothing open no sign on the door nothing. I’ve sat here with several others waiting and most have already left . I’m super irritated and feel disrespected as a patient and will go elsewhere.

The best eye center I’ve ever visited ! When I say I love it here. Ahmed, Crystal, Brett, and Kim !!! The total made me feel like family today. Helped me get my vision back and I’m walking out extremely happy!! Like jumping up and down happy!! I highly recommend 100/10

Every person in this building is so awesome & friendly. I was a walk-in and they got me in super quick. They had a bunch of great promotions going on that made it super affordable without vision insurance. They were even able to fit my new prescription into my current pair of glasses that I lost the lenses for. They took the extra care to make sure the lenses would stay secure because I have had issues with them falling out in the past. Amazing experience. Thank you!

Went into the store and was greeted by Kim who went above and beyond to she showed me the many different choices and which promotion gave me the best deal. I liked that you were able to choose what options you wanted for the glasses, from the material the lens was made out of to the anti reflective and if you wanted them to “transition” to dark when out in the sunlight. I was also able to bring in my own frame and they also could use the frames I currently have too. I would highly recommend and will be getting new lenses in my old frames next!!

I have never experience such an unprofessional non challenge behavior. I ordered contacts and what I received is unconfortable. I called the store so many times requesting for a call from the store manager and they deliberately refused to assist with the situation. I am leaving for my wedding in 4 days and I don't have a contact to use. Furious is not even the word because that is the only reason why I came in the store to get the eye exam. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES.
