Ka'Neisha (Sales Manager) and her associate (I am so sorry I can't remember your name) were both absolutely fabulous!! Professional, expedient, thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient!! Most importantly, both ladies were friendly and funny!! My husband and I were both taken care of and are very happy with our visit. From the initial screenings, thru the eye exam, to the final decisions on the Eyewear, everything was explained and carried out without any problems or confusion. These ladies are the epitome of great customer service!! We could not have asked for a better experience with Stanton Optical in Lawton, Oklahoma!!! Thank you ladies!!

I have always had positive experiences with Stanton Optical until this visit. The level of disrespect I received from the employee at the front desk was completely unacceptable. I politely asked for a copy of my prescription and was immediately met with an attitude and refused. After researching my rights, I returned and requested a copy of my medical records, which I am legally entitled to receive. I was denied again until the employee called her manager, who initially instructed her to print the records and give them to me. After printing them, the employee questioned her own manager saying " so you are telling me you want me to release these to her when it will show somewhere in the records her script that expired", and the decision was suddenly reversed. I then asked for a written statement explaining that I was being denied access to my medical records and the reason why. The manager said she needed to look into it further and would call me back. When I offered my updated phone number, the employee refused to let me provide it, saying, "I don't need anything from you. I've got it right here on the screen," even though the number in your system was outdated. When I pointed out that she didn't have to be rude, she accused me of being hostile and told me to leave the store. My frustration was simply a response to the disrespect I had been shown from the moment I walked through the door. Needless to say, I never received the promised call from the manager because the employee refused to let me provide my updated phone number. This behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely inappropriate. I also left feeling that I may have been treated differently because of my ethnicity, as I did not observe her speaking to customers of her own ethnicity in the same manner.
I had such a great experience at Stanton Optical thanks to Marcus! He went above and beyond to help my husband find the perfect pair of glasses. He was patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to make sure everything fit well and looked great. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and wants them to leave happy and confident. If you go to Stanton Optical, definitely ask for Marcus—you won’t be disappointed! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Was not the best experience. I had exam with a tech then I was told by a sales person on what contacts I should buy. After I asked to speak with the provider I was told he is televisit only. And he was not available but they are billing for a televisit service? My vision has drastically worsened in 1.5 years and I was told that was normal since it was over a year since my last eye exam? The sales girl gave me that medical advice. Also the televisit provider recommended a certain contact and the sales girl changed it because there is a promotion and she said that it would be way better. Pretty sure that is illegal too. The tech told me that my vision insurance was covering the eye exam. The sales person told me that I am just getting a discount because the insurance is out of network. But my vision insurance says they are in network. They do not have all their ducks in a row. I will be finding a place with an actual provider to speak to and reporting fraud. Cannot bill for a televisit exam if the patient never spoke to the provider.
If it's your first time getting contacts I definitely recommend going somewhere else. For one, I guess they just don't have an actual eye Dr on site at all. Second, I picked up my contacts and wasn't given any sort of info or direction on how to put them in or take them out. Left to watch YouTube videos for help. Couldn't be having a more horrible time with my contacts now and the whole experience of finally getting away from glasses has gone down the drain. $300 wasted.
