Loved the service from the lady that helped me! Everyone super friendly especially Russell front desk gentlemen in the front. He was professional and with a sense of humor. Greg was also friendly for adjusting my frames not to fall off my face ! Thank you all fr the great service!!!!!! If it had 10 stars I would gove it a 10+! Also a lot of variety of frames loved it.

The manager Anna was completely rude! Very disappointing experience. My new prescription came back with my right eye at 0.00 even though I previously had a prescription, and I still couldn’t see properly with the new glasses. She said it’s “A small difference” like no it went from a full prescription to completely nothing. Thankfully, I received a refund, but the manager’s attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. Telling me, “Your wife is 27, she can speak for herself,” simply because my husband was standing there was completely unnecessary. Kept treating me like I was nothing. I expected better customer service, especially when dealing with something as important as my vision. Then pI was also told that they would not provide me with a copy of the new prescription. At that point, I honestly didn’t want it because it was literally 0.0

I’ve been going to Stanton Optical for about 4 years now and I have had a really great experience! The staff always help me figure out what I need and are very patient with me, which is very important to me. I have sensory preferences and are very particular about the style, fit, feel, and lens quality of my glasses. In my most recent trip, two very kind and friendly associates helped me greatly, Ray and Anna. Both were really patient and understanding and made me feel very comfortable. Ray set up my glasses order and explained the whole process to me and checked with my preference for everything. It was all very impressive. Even when I wasn’t sure about my lens, they worked with me and gave me options and came up with a plan in case I wasn’t satisfied. They really care about their customers and want them to leave satisfied and happy. Really great job! Highly recommended!

Don't waste your time going here!!! When we called to schedule an appointment we were told they have free eye exam with purchase of glasses so we went, we had 2 pairs picked out as they were bogo but then after about an hour of waiting we finally got called back only to find out the visit was virtual and the dr wouldn't answer any questions which when I made the appointment I specifically said we have concerns we'd like to speak to a Dr about so fast forward to in office we were told if we wanted to speak to the Dr we'd have to pay $60 to see him (since we don't have insurance), we agreed. Then comes time to pay they wanted to charge us $140 for 2 eye exams we explained to the man we only had 1 eye exam he said yeah that's what I said $140 for 1 exam, we then asked about the free exam with purchase of glasses he said only if you had the email coupon that they should have emailed when the appt was scheduled I said I never received one to which he responded well then I can't help you maybe try to call the call center back then just walked off to help someone else. So we called the call center the man on the phone was completely disrespectful and rude we were transferred around on the phone to 3 different people who were all very disrespectful and got 3 different answers as to why we didn't get the coupon. At this point we'd been there for 2.5hrs and were fed up and agreed to now pay the new total of $118. We were then sent to a very polite lady (the only decent part of this visit was her service) who helped us pick 2 pairs of glasses since either way we'd be paying $118 and the glasses would be free. We ended up leaving 3hrs later, with 2 pairs of glasses my husband didn't really like but we only had certain ones to pick from and were paying $118 either way so we decided to get the glasses and the same day pick up is BS as they won't be ready for about 2 weeks. Also they are way under staffed, the entire waiting room was full of people and they had 2 employees running around like crazy one of which wasn't very helpful so only one actually useful employee in the front end and their office was very dirty and nasty, stains everywhere, floors were falling apart, very dusty and dirty glasses displays, the outside had debris everywhere overall just not a good visual appearance. Will definitely not be returning anytime soon nor would I recommend this place to anyone.

Eye exam was good no complaints there. My issue is with what I feel is price gouging and no transparency. When I asked about the price of an eye exam for glasses/contacts I was told $119. Which is a very standard price and I was worn that the doctor could order more tests and I was fine with that but I got done with my exam and they told me that the price was $180 something. I asked why it was more expensive and I was told the doctor had added additional testing, but not once did anybody tell me it was going to be done and that that was gonna be an additional cost. I’m not against the additional test. My issue is not disclosing to me that they were being done. There’s a big difference between could be done and is being done. But what is done is done. So then they tell me that my eye exam will be free if I get six months worth of contact lenses. $235 is what I paid For two boxes of Acuve Oaysis. Six pairs of contacts. Which do not cost anything near that. Even if extra $50 testing doc ordered was on there still which I am sure it was. $235 is crazy when retail for those contacts is about $40-50 a box.
