I had an excellent experience with Alyssa at Stanton Optical. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Alyssa took the time to answer all of my questions, explain my options clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Her patience, knowledge, and positive attitude made what could have been a stressful experience very easy and enjoyable. Customer service like hers is hard to find, and I truly appreciate the care and attention she provided. I highly recommend asking for Alyssa if you visit Stanton Optical!

But what up they got me in fast, same day appointment? They helped me file with my insurance .... they were not in network, but due to a contract with my insurance company, they still gave me full "in network" benefits, which was great! They were all very nice and welcoming and helped me pick the perfect frames for my face. I would recommend Stanton Optical to anyone looking for vision care experts!!

I hadn't had an eye exam in years and wanted to update my prescription as well as get fitted for contacts. I found the most affordable AKA cheapest place that I could and it was Stanton Optical. They got me in the same day and fat exceeded my expectations in every way. Modern atmosphere. High-tech process. Lightning fast service. Friendly staff. I would recommend this place to anyone. I was absolutely thrilled with the service I got at Stanton optical in Longview. Everyone was very kind. Amy was very helpful. I was very impressed with her. I did get my glasses for $79.. I usually wear bifocals but I chose to get one pair for close up and one pair for far off and I got to stay within my budget. $79. I will be back there again. I was very happy with the service and the attention that I received from the moment I walked in the door until I left.

My experience at Stanton Optical was fantastic! They were patient with me when I got confused, when i needed to blink and were very professional as well as kind. Maggie was super kind and helpful as well as easygoing, helping me through the process and laying everything out in such a digestible way as well as sharing a laugh with me 😁. Overall the best experience I've had when getting my glasses, I will definitely come back!!!
