So great working with Dr Shawn and Tessa today. I came in with a problem with my current frames and a short timeline because I’m schedule to go on an Alaska cruise with my kids and they found a way to move my current lenses to a new frame while also ordering me the new lenses to the same size frame I’m currently in. I’ve been going to eye Dr’s for the last 30 years and their willingness to help and try to figure out a solution. Far exceeded my expectations as a customer. They’re located on E. I found frames that I love here and I came from a different doctor’s office! There was no pressure to buy, just helpful guidance from an associate and one of the doctors. My glasses were ready for pick up after a week. Highly recommend!

Was able to get an appt the very next day for me and my daughter. Dr. Shaun is very knowledgable. I appreciated that they weren’t pushy on sales for glasses, especially since I wasn’t sure I even wanted them yet. (Very low script). Super nice and friendly!

Shawn & Zeva were both so *cool to me, when I came in for my eye exam today. I told them about my detached retina, and my concerns with my one "good eye" that I've got left. Both understood my concerns with *compassion. That means a lot! Going to see him twice a year now. Once for contact lenses exam, and once for pictures of my retinas, to monitor any changes. I'm SO glad I've found an eye doctor in ATX area, who is so thorough. ✌️

Super friendly, very accommodating, and thorough. Lorraine and Dr. Zhu were super sweet and had great customer service. I got my contacts, hapa Kristen contacts, and glasses here :)
