Read the reviews on here, and let me say they are 100% real well all the good ones the 4 stars and up. I went in on a icy day, when we had the uce storm. They had just opened, my appointment was at 12:30pm. Was checked in pretty quick. My eye exam was really quick, then went to pick out my glasses. Héctor was really nice, and ready to help. He made the store woth the 5 stars. Awesome customer service, i asked for the $79 special, nothing else. He helped and we found the right pairs. Awesome. Service left the place with 2 pair of glasses for only $130 i think, I went with the thinner glass is the only reason why it was more. But i was happy to pair for $130 with free exam. The best. Will come again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you, Travis, for your exceptional customer service! You made the process of getting my son's glasses repaired quick and hassle-free. Your professionalism, kindness, and efficiency were truly appreciated. I highly recommend Travis to anyone looking for outstanding customer care!
I will never deal with this company again. If I could give them a zero I would. Staff does not disclose proper policies and important information. They didn’t even provide me with a copy of my prescription, stated they would email me which I never received until I spoke with Travis. My eye exam was May 15 of this year, which an employee doing my exam advised to try a different brand of contacts and was told I could change brands at anytime. Tried to switch back to my old brand of contacts and store manager Travis told me I could not to do a 60 day rule and I would need to purchase another eye exam again for $130. Travis was rude, over talked me and stated that I should’ve known with in a week that I needed to change brands. I informed him I would report him. After speaking with Travis, I called the Desoto and Grand Prairie locations spoke with manager which stated I can change my brand but Cedar Hill location would have to change since exam was done there. None of the other locations heard of a 60 day policy to change brand of contacts.
Dislike not having an optometrist there in person. The sink was green. The walls are dirty. They asked the bare minimum questions. Didn't ask if I had insurance. Didn't ask about contact brand preference. Did not double check my vision after having me put contacts in, didn't ask about the fit/feel. Will not be returning.
On Sunday May 31st at approx 2pm, I decided to stop by Stanton Optical in Cedar Hill to purchase contact lenses and look at their frames. I entered the store and I was greeted politely but it went downhill from there. I stood by a reception table for a moment then I started browsing frames. I expected some one to help me but the receptionist was engaged in conversations with another woman and some young children. There was no purchase or vision help being given. Just some random chit chat. I walked towards the exit door and back and even glanced at my watch several times but no help or service was rendered. I halfway expected them to say just a moment we'll be right with you or how can we help you. But that didn't occur so I just left. I shouldn't have to beg for help when I'm spending my money. No rudeness but a total lack of professional service. So why even bother opening on Sunday if service isn't provided? If the owners or managers read this review then please check the stores video cameras. I'm wearing a peach colored golf shirt and blue jeans.
