My husband and I both had to get an eye exam and new frames. The entire process was quick and easy. The store is clean and they have a huge selection of frames for Men/Women/Kids and there are frames for everyone's budget. We had the absolute BEST experience here today with Tim! Tim helped us find the best deal for our budget without the pressure of add ons. He absolutely made it worth coming back which we will. He is super knowledgeable, kind, patient and answered all my questions with a professional yet friendly attitude. We didn't feel he tried to upsell us in any way and he actually ended up saving us quite a bit of money with the total price of everything coming in under our budget we had planned. Simply put, Tim is an absolute gem and I look forward to working with him in the future for my family's eye care needs. I highly recommend this location and staff! Very disappointing experience. We got a text on Monday saying our glasses were ready for pickup, but we didn't come until Tuesday afternoon. Even after waiting an extra day, our glasses still weren't ready, and we had to wait about 20 more minutes while they finished them. The staff also did a poor job communicating the delay. Instead of apologizing or explaining what was going on, they just kept saying, "Your glasses are almost done," and left us waiting. I also had another appointment to get to. The 2-for-$79 promotion was also misleading. There were very few frame options, and the color-coded stickers were faded, making it easy to pick the wrong frames. When we tried looking at the $99 tier, there were barely any options either—no black frames at all. Most of the selection jumped to $129-$300, making the promotion feel more like a gimmick than a good deal.
