🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 5 STARS! Absolutely Incredible Service! I was able to book my appointment and get my eye exam same day. Even better, I also picked out my new frames and prescription before leaving the store! Nova and Chris were both incredible and made the entire experience an amazing one. I will absolutely be recommending this location to everyone.

My twin and I have been going to Stanton for a while now and we always renew our contact lenses. We just wanted to give a special shoutout to Kacey at the Roseville location near galleria. He is always super helpful super sweet super friendly and very efficient. He is always giving us what our best options are and is very clear and informative. We notice that they have been very busy and understaffed but he holds the fort down and is always tending to each and every costumer. He is definitely one of the reasons why we keep coming back!! He is awesome.
Great customer service !!! This is my place for eyeglasses from mow on. I went in to have my husband’s glasses fixed expecting to drop them off and pay around a hundred when done. Pleasant surprise - a nice, very professional young man told me to wait a few minutes, and in less than 10 min he fixed the glasses, replaced the nose pads, cleansed them in their ultrasonic and handed me the fixed and cleaned glasses in a new pouch - for FREE ! And the glasses weren’t even made by them in the first place. Who does that anymore !!! Very impressed. If you wanna be taken care of use this store in Roseville right across from the Galleria. Thank you Stanton Optical 🙏👌 Samantha
This place is terrible. I went to the Stanton Optical branch in Roseville, California, on April 15th of this year and ordered only the lenses. I had looked at the frames they had in the store, but they didn't look like good quality, so I wanted to use my own frames. Two weeks later, I received a text message saying the lenses I ordered were ready for pickup. I went to the branch so happy , and when I arrived, I told them I was excited to pick up my lenses. The staff went to get my order and took my new lenses to install them into my frames, but they did it with dirty hands; I noticed they had no idea how to handle the lenses. In the end, when they handed the glasses to me, I saw they weren't the lenses I had ordered. I told them I hadn't asked for clear lenses—since I already had those—but rather wanted tinted ones. I noticed the lenses were clear and covered in greasy fingerprints, so I asked them to clean them. I had to hand the lenses back, very annoyed, and told them those weren't the lenses I had ordered. They refunded the money charged to my bank card but told me they couldn't give me cash; I had to wait to receive the money by mail. I had to call several times to get the check for the money they owed me. I contacted customer service, and the representative arranged for the check to be sent within 10 days. However, when I received it yesterday and went to cash it at the bank, they wouldn't accept the check. I am very upset; it is now June 16th, and I have to call them again to find out how they are going to return my money. This is very stressful; I feel like they are just giving me the runaround and not solving anything. That's why I'm giving them one star—for being terrible, and for the horrible service.
I had an appointment earlier this month and the red flags were there but I ignored them. 1st, there is a white woman with dark hair that wears glasses, she made a slick comment to me that makes me now question some things. She said my vision was blurry, while laughing. I hadn't even had the exam yet. After the exam, the tall guy with glasses ordered some sample contacts and persistently sold me on a 3 month supply. I should've known then; typically you wear the samples before purchase in case the prescription needs adjustment. Anyways, I received the trial/samples and my order on the same day. The contacts are blurry, very noticeable. And at first I thought it was MY vision, but then I remembered I had a box of contacts from a past visit (not with stanton) and sure enough, it's the contacts. They are blurry! My advice: NEVER purchase contacts before sampling them. Do not allow the sales people to up sale you at your appointment. Luckily there is a 30 day return policy on unopened boxes, but now I'm stuck with a box I cannot use. Lesson learned Update: went back to the location for reimbursement of the unopened box- an employee named Nova took the box but issued NO refund. She instead offered me a re-exam and stated someone would call me in 24-48 hours to schedule the appointment. That has not happened. Now I have to make an additional trip to this location for my refund.
