Took my nephew here. He’s with me for the summer and didn’t have his glasses. The whole process was under an hour. Ari showed so much care and compassion for my nephew, he was so comfortable with her. He’s super shy and timid and she was able to get him to laugh and come out of his shell. Jose took care of our payment and throughly explained the process when I had questions or concerns. He had the glasses ready to go within 10 minutes. He also showed great care when it came to my nephew. We were able to get the glasses same day, and my nephew is really happy to see again! I would recommend this place 100 times. This location is fantastic! And the people that work here are optic angels! Genuinely the most amazing experience we’ve had with any optical office. Quick, same day appointments, scheduled within the hr, and they were phenomenal with helping us out with a glasses emergency! After an accident and a horrible experience with another office, we were in dire need of new glasses quickly. The sales manager Jose went so above and beyond to help us out, but the entire staff here were so kind, helpful and personable. Same day glasses is unheard of, but they made it happen! My entire family is switching to this office. We are so grateful to have found this gem!

Had my appt this morning and the ladies were super helpful and thorough! Ari and Dabrina let me know exactly what to expect as a first timer. Every transition was seamless from one part of the process through the next. Much better than the experiences I’ve had at Americas best where I’m used to going. I’m new in town and this is officially my new eye dr!! AND I got my glasses SAME DAY like what!! I’ll absolutely be back

Darlene and Ari were so understanding and professional! I was using my last to get the frames but I have to see. Darlene was reassuring and thorough and my glasses were made fast! I'm grateful I did not have to wait, as they make glasses the same day!
