A great experience from beginning to end . The process was fast. They offer a great selection of glasses that are affordable and looks good. The best thing you get some glasses the same day. I am so excited about receiving my glasses within 20 minutes after not wearing glasses for over a year. Anna was amazing she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Clark was very helpful with my glasses selection and help me chose the second pair as I was undecided on which pair to get. Overall loved the experience after being an American best customers for over 10 years. Will be back.

I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but people deserve to know about this experience. If I could give this location zero stars, I would. This was, without question, the worst experience I’ve ever had with an optical provider. The biggest issue was my eye exam and the incorrect prescription I received. There was no licensed optometrist physically in the office. Instead, the exam was conducted over a webcam while the in-store technician, Anna, assisted. My experience with her was extremely disappointing. She seemed to be following a script, wasn’t able to answer basic questions, didn’t ask follow-up questions when my responses indicated something wasn’t right, and I ultimately left with a prescription that turned out to be wrong. I only realized it after trying to use the contacts I purchased and discovering my distance vision was blurry. When I called to explain that the prescription was incorrect, the focus immediately shifted to, “We can’t take the contacts back.” That wasn’t even my concern. I repeatedly explained that I couldn’t see properly with the prescription I had been given and needed it corrected. I asked for another eye exam, but they were resistant to doing so. I was told the store manager, Clark, would call me back. He never did. At that point, I realized no one at this location was interested in resolving the problem—only explaining why they couldn’t help. Trying to get help through corporate was just as frustrating because I was simply directed back to the same store. I also never received the email notifying me that my trial contacts had arrived. As a result of this experience, I now have contacts I can’t use and a prescription I don’t trust. I have to schedule another eye exam with a licensed optometrist and purchase another set of contact lenses, all because of the care I received here. I’ve gone to chain optical providers before and have never experienced anything like this. This experience completely changed my opinion. When it comes to your eyesight, you deserve knowledgeable staff, accurate prescriptions, proper follow-up, and accountability. I didn’t receive any of those. Your eyesight isn’t something to gamble with. If you’re looking for an eye exam or contact lenses, I strongly encourage you to choose a licensed optometrist’s office where you’ll receive proper care and accountability. As for me, I’ll never return to this location—or to any Stanton Optical. One experience like this was enough.
Erika was ten toes down amazing. she got me in and out in under 3 hours. I told her I needed a pair of glasses that day. i’m a truck driver so it would’ve been a while for me to come back. she got my exam and my prescription. I was worried they didn’t have my lenses there to make the glasses that day but she did. she made my glasses in an hour and I was gone. she was very sweet. and my glasses actually wasn’t that much. she deserves all the praise. thank you erika for helping me. come here to get your glasses guys.
My glasses fell off while I was driving & I needed an immediate fix. Jocelyn fixed them quickly & cleaned them. She was super nice too! Will return when it’s time for new frames.
I recently visited Stanton Optical because they advertise a 2 pairs for $80 deal, which sounded like a great offer. However, my experience was very different when I asked for something simple — just replacing the lenses in my existing frame. To my surprise, they quoted me $350–$400 just to change the lenses, which felt extremely overpriced compared to the promotion they advertise. It was confusing and honestly disappointing because the advertised deal makes it seem like eyewear there is very affordable. The staff were polite, but the pricing felt misleading and inconsistent. If two complete glasses can cost $80, charging $350+ for lenses in an old frame doesn’t make much sense. I recommend customers ask for full pricing details upfront before deciding. What looks like a good deal in advertising may end up costing much more depending on what you actually need. ⭐️
