Worst experience I have ever had. Had my eye exam and ordered my glasses. Was told I would have them in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, still no glasses. Try and contact the store and was directed to a call center. Was told my glasses were in store ready to be picked up. This was Saturday. Stopped in the store and was told the were still at the lab and they would call Monday and get an update. I wait until Tuesday. Call the call center again and again was told my glasses were in store ready to be picked up. Stopped in today and guess what still no glasses and was told it would be another 2 weeks. Absolutely horrible. I was able to get a refund and go elsewhere, where I will have my glasses in less than a week. Not being able to talk to someone directly in the store is absurd. Being directed to a call center to have a question answered is absurd. And no one could give me a straight answer as to what happened. I will never be back.

Last week I had my first experience with Stanton Optical and my first ever virtual eye exam. I was hesitant/nervous about the exam being virtual (times are changing I suppose), but the manager of this location, Aya, was a fantastic help! She explained every step of the process thoroughly and made my experience extremely comfortable. Aya took wonderful care of me. Not only is she very knowledgeable, but she listened to all of my concerns and provided me with many options from vision care to finances. I left my first visit feeling very confident about my exam and purchase, all thanks to Aya's help!

Our family has been going to Stanton for many years, the last 6 years we’ve worked with Connie. She is so awesome, she helps you find the perfect sets of glasses and makes sure they work for you when they are done. When we had issues she fixed them. I highly suggest that you visit Connie at Stanton the next time you need glasses.

Had an eye exam and got contacts and glasses! I went in and stated my budget and exactly what my goal was and she (unfortunately forgot her name but i believe she was a manager she had glasses 🤓) got me exactly what I needed. Was there less than an hour. My glasses also were going to have to be shipped in but she still looked to see if they had my frame after I had left and my glasses ended up being done the same day 🙂 overall excellent experience!

Aya was so helpful and pleasant, even though i came in 3 minutes before store closing with my frames in one hand and one of the lens in the other. She wasn't annoyed that it was so close to closing (i had to leave in the morning and had no other choice but to race in) and had my lens replaced and new screws put it. Better than new in 2 minutes.
