Stanton Optical

Excellent service from the very beginning. The entire staff is very professional, but I especially want to highlight Jasmine, who was an exceptional communicator. She was very patient, explained the entire process clearly, and is also bilingual, which makes the experience much easier. They also have great promotions and a wide variety of frames. Without a doubt, a highly recommended place.

This is an incredibly good place to purchase new glasses, or have new lenses made for your existing frames. Most of the time, they can have your new glasses ready within a few hours. The glasses you can choose from range from extremely budget-friendly, to more upscale designer frames. The professional opticians here are amazing! They walk you through the process, are extremely friendly, and they make your visit a pleasure. I didn't know they had a store on Buford Highway until I checked Google for highly-rated opticians. They are absolutely worthy of a five-star rating. I purchased two pairs of glasses today, and will be taking frames I already back to them for installation of new lenses. It's completely painless. You won't regret dealing with these great optician professionals!

What makes this location great, it is Jethon! I have been going to this location for three years and he is what makes it great. I CARE about esthetics when it comes to glasses and he takes the time to listen and care. Not only is his customer service SUPERB..but he truly make a difference. Visited a different location on a day he was off...and it was not the same service...not the same smile. He deserves his own location. Omar is fantastic too! Thank you Jethon and Omar for all that you do. Your service truly makes a difference 💐💐💐

Approximately Saturday, 5/10/26, my wife and I received approachable, personalized, and professional service. If I find out the names of the two Afro-American attendants, I can repost. (The lab can speed up to get me my glasses when they are promised, though.) You can't beat the price of the "two pairs of glasses" special.

It was more than amazing. Just ask yourself these simple questions do you want your hard earned money's worth? Do you want to be taken care of by people who respect you, pay attention regardless of the depth of your budget? Do you want to experience professional expertise and empathy? Do you want to know how to get benefit without being duped into unwanted services or hidden charges? Visit Stanton at 3360 Buford Highway NE. Omar there did more than his job requires, more than a customer service professional needs to take care off, more than a regular visit. He didn't pressure or force into anything explaining the benefits clearly while the decision came naturally and not by any neuro science shuffling. Omar what an asset you are to Stanton. I'm gonna advocate, suggest, direct others to Stanton for reasons that are as real as the struggles for earning money. Omar keep up the good work. Stanton the grade of service, moral values you have instilled in your working family... it shows. Kudos for that.
