This place is a joke, and a Drs office should not be a joke. Drs don't care about your well being here. I've had Drs who didn't really appear to care before, but they did their jobs regardless. And forget getting a hold of anyone. Left five messages, never returned my call.
Predatory billing practices I came here for an annual physical, covered by insurance. After the physical, they made me schedule a follow-up appointment to discuss the results of bloodwork. The follow-up appointment lasted less than 5 minutes, and boiled down to basically "you are healthy." My insurance covers an annual physical. They billed me for this "separate appointment" that they literally tricked me into scheduling. What could have been a phone call or email turned into an expensive doctors appointment because of the predatory practices of this office. Tricking patients into unnecessary appointments under the guise of "follow up" is absolutely shameful.
Such a great place. Every worker there is so kind and helpful. From the security, front desk and every single healthcare provider.
I’ve had a generally good experience with their team for routine appointments, they’ve made some mistakes so I might suggest someone going elsewhere if they had a more serious health issue. The staff have been very friendly, and accommodating of walk in appointments. They never seem to pick up the phone line so it would be great if that was fixed.
I went here for health services and ended up giving up after having multiple appointments cancelled with no explanation or apology. I would show up for appointments and my doctor would not be there or she would be there but instruct the receptionist to say she had no time for me and to come back another day. After the 6th time this happened I gave up and I never heard anything from them. They don't care about their patients at all. Please don't go here for treatment of any kind you will be hurt and disappointed.
