Sterling Optical in Frederick, MD is top notch! Dr. Amedeo & his team have been taking care of my family’s eye care needs for nearly two decades. We trust them and would recommend to everyone. My most recent visit was especially positive and worth mentioning. I had to renew my drivers license w/the MVA and needed an eye exam quickly. When I spoke to Tommy, he was able to squeeze me in a week earlier than their schedule allowed. Everything worked out and I got my license renewed on time. 🙏🏼 Not to mention the staff was kind and my visit was stress-free! A+, Thank you!

Pulled bait & switch on family member. Man with accent on phone claimed they take our insurance but after driving out of way, woman claims out of network but had the gall to offer "special price" $79 😬 such business practice is shameful and illegal.

I had a great experience here - everyone was very kind, honest, and helpful. Only thing is that my glasses shipping has been a real mess. They use UPS (terrible shipping history, supports ICE) which I really am not a fan of, and my glasses are taking a long time to arrive. Not necessarily a fault on the people at Sterling Optical, but maybe use USPS instead. Just a thought.

My progressive lenses actually work and I no longer have to take my glasses off to see my phone! Glasses fit perfect and very comfortable
