I’ll start by saying I am NOT a patient. However, I have spent the better part of a month trying to find an eye doctor for my 6 and 9 year old boys. They’ve got Aetna thru Medicaid and let me tell you- that’s an impossible combination. I called Pearle Vision and Sara(h) picked up I explained the situation and she was very nice but said we don’t take it. Sara(h) then spent about 20 minutes on the phone with me giving me recommendations of where to possibly go, resources that could help, doctors that may still take that insurance and further explaining the situation with insurance in the area. We got disconnected and she called right back to keep helping. While I’m not a patient I wish I was. It’s clear that Sara(h) cares about people and is willing to help anyone. It seems that Pearle Vision’s office is a number one choice if you are in network, or pay out of pocket. Just based on a telephone conversation I recommend going to Pearle Vision they’ll take care of you or even if that means they gain nothing.

I have been a customer at Pearl Vision in Winchester for many, many years and would go nowhere else. Lots of places have glasses but they dont have Sarah! Her knowledge and customer service is amazing. The gentleman that works there is super too!

I went to the Winchester Pearl Vision without high hopes but was blown away by Sarah’s knowledge and helpfulness. She went above and beyond to get us taken care of. She not only knows a ton about vision but also the ins and outs of insurance. Couldn’t be happier to find this local gem. Thanks again!

Update - On Feb 24, 2026 my wife and I purchased four pairs of glasses and again Bob was fantastic to work with. Sara was also onsite and she was also very friendly and professional. This Pearl is kept very nice. I am glad we found this nice store. Thank You! A+ Excellent! The staff, Bob, Sara, and Ron are professional and very personable. My family and I have done business directly with Bob a couple of times and all has been fantastic. Sara and Ron also assisted with our eyeglass orders in a very caring manner. The orders were done perfect and they were ready from the lab very fast. This Pearle is also very clean and organized. Thank You for being a business that is worthy of me recommending to all.

Absolutely FANTASTIC!!! We have been coming to see Sara there at Pearle Vision right after she started there over 20 years ago!!! She is AMAZING and you will not NOT get better service anywhere else!!! I totally LOVE me some Sara!!! Thanks so much for all you do and for taking the BEST care of us and our family!!! YOU ROCK!!!
