It says a lot when a person will travel over an hour to visit an optical store and I gladly do it every year. Renata at Sterling Optical is beyond words wonderful and helpful. Each year, she helps me pick out the perfect pair of glasses with tremendous patience. The selection of options is incredible and always containing the latest trends! I had a great experience at Sterling Optical. The staff is friendly, professional, and super efficient they get you in and out without feeling rushed, which I really appreciate. I was especially impressed with how accommodating they were. I had a vacation coming up and needed contact lenses on short notice. They made it happen and had my contacts ready in just two days, which was a huge relief. It made my trip so much easier since I didn’t have to rely on my glasses. The doctor was also very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with my prescription and overall eye health. The prices are very reasonable for the level of care and service they provide!!!

I was seen at my scheduled appointment time, and the optometrist was thorough and informed. Best of all, Lauren spent considerable time helping me choose just the right frames...and their selection of UFT approved frames was amazing!! An overall excellent experience!
