From my initial call with Lewis to the moment I walked in and began my appointment with Moreland, I was already very impressed with the level of customer service! Then I got to the chair and Dr. Gregory REALLY wowed me! She took the time to educate me throughout every step of my detailed eye exam, making sure I understood everything. You can truly tell when someone loves what they do! And let me NOT forget the gorgeous Lolita! 💕 She went above and beyond to make sure I received everything I was entitled to through my insurance. She made the entire experience even better! Y’all impressed me SO much that I ended up bringing my whole family back THE SAME DAY! 😂❤️ I HIGHLY recommend Sterling Optical! Amazing staff, great service, and an experience worth talking about! Tell them Tay sent you! 💕👓

I have to update my review of this establishment. I just met with the manager, Mr. Lewis, when I went to pick up my glasses today. First, the glasses are on point. Nothing at all wrong with the frames nor the lenses. Frames were brand new and my prescription is correct. Now, as to my previous issues, Mr. Lewis sincerely apologized and offered to remedy any issues I may have had. He was patient and most of all, listened to my concerns. He didn’t have to do all that he did. He went above and beyond to ensure I was a satisfied customer, and I am grateful to have been assisted by him. Because of Mr. Lewis’ outstanding customer service, I will remain a customer of Sterling Optical.

I took my daughter here to get prescription glasses. The staff was extremely professional and courteous throughout the visit, and was very thorough. What really got me was the lady working at the time (sorry, couldn't remember the name) saw my daughter squinting to see, and she had been without glasses for about 8 months. Prior to that, she hadn't had her prescription checked in about 6 years, so seeing anything was a challenge. She helped my daughter get her glasses made that night, at closing time, instead of waiting the average 2 weeks or so. What a huge blessing she received! I will come here any time we need anything to do with glasses, and hope all others do as well. They are such an excellent group of people, I was truly humbled by their gracious act.

Sterling Optical is hands down one of the best establishments for your eyewear needs. They will help you in anyway they can. The whole staff is friendly and will assist you right away. Don’t hesitate to come see them. They’re located at the back of the mall near the Roses. My glasses were done same day with in 20 minutes and I walked in.

I tried to support this local business but the glasses are hilariously overpriced. They wanted 399 for some basic Lacoste frames. You'd be better off going online or Americas best.
