So so awesome and kind staff!!! I called needing an eye exam and contact lenses on the same day and they were so nice, espically one of the staff members JoJo. They were able to squeeze me in literally within the hour on such a short notice. The eye exam was really quick and efficent, and I was able to even get a few pairs of free contact lenses for my event today!!! I am most definitely returning to get my glasses here!!!

Went in a little after 5PM and asked if they could repair my eyeglasses: the screw had come out of one side and, although I have an eyeglass repair kit, I wasn't able to fix it myself. The woman I spoke with repaired it within 5 minutes, at no charge. I was both surprised and quite happy. When I need a new pair of glasses, I will definitely start there.
Extremely disturbing experience. I was billed for premium high-index lenses, yet the receipt showed an impossible charge for both CR-39 and high-index materials on the same pair of glasses. The eyewear provided was unwearable and caused severe visual distortion. The store agreed in writing to refund my money, but over 20 business days later, no refund has been issued. I have since received properly made glasses elsewhere. Proceed with caution at this franchise. Reporting to appropriate regulatory and consumer-protection agencies. If zero stars were possible, I would select it.
The optometrists are kind and do the job, but there was a particular optician (didn't get her name) who was pretty awful. She claimed their office didn't take PD readings, which was insane because the machine was on her desk. She kept insisting on upselling my partner on an AR coating, claiming it was the only one that could be used, and there were only 2 options - the basic, and the premium. Having worked as an optician, I know this to be untrue. When I explained it and her colleague confirmed, she shifted her story. She also charged my partner for a lens upgrade that was fully covered by our insurance.
I can see again! This place is great, and went above and way beyond to make sure I had the perfect pair of glasses. Long story: their eye doctor, a really nice guy, recommended bifocals or progressives. I didn't want to pay more for progressives, so I went with bifocals. The glasses came, but because my eyes are so messed up and different from each other, there was a huge blurry rectangle. I went back to For Eyes, and they said I should really get the progressive lenses. They did so at no additional cost! That was incredibly kind of them. Also, the new glasses are perfect..I can see close, far, and everything in between. You can tell these folks actually care about their customers...I won't go anywhere else from now on.
