Bought meta glasses from here. Amama the License Optician who sold me the glasses insist I buy a warranty for extra 25 dollars a month which I refused. 2 weeks having the glasses it stopped charging along with other issues before that. I tried everything chatGPT, Google, Tiktok, YouTube videos had advised and nothing worked so I contacted Meta.com which they said to return the glasses where I purchased them so they can exchange or get a refund. I went to vision center and Amama told me since I did not buy warranty there's NOTHING she can do, but contact Meta.com. I was so upset of what she told me, but as she was writing down the direct number for meta.com an assistant told me to check customer service before leaving if I can get a refund since Amama said I couldn't. Went to customer service and they gave me a refund with no problem....smfh I wanted to use my refund to buy another one from the vision center, but Amama will not be getting my money after that. I went to Best Buy and bought the same Ray-Bans which has 2 tear warranty. For anyone buying meta glasses they are having issues if you do your research. DO NOT BUY from Vision Center in this Wal Mart because Amama will give you a run around and take your money. Honestly she seems like she judges people in a negative way so you have been warned.

Sylvia has worked there for years and if I could give a separate review for her it would be all 5 stars with nothing but good comments. The assistant in the Vision Center from scheduling, checkin, verifying insurance to initial testes was professional, polite and did great. DR. PAYNE (Fayetteville, GA) is the reason for the 1 star. I noticed upon arriving 45 minutes early (no one was ahead of me; Dr. Pay had me to still wait which was no problem for me) that she was on the phone. Dr. PAYBE asked the assistant, who was multitasking, how to transfer calls. DR PAYNE was forceful and impolite with the request. I thought that was very rude but chalked it up to maybe I was being too observant. I asked if she was Dr. Payne and she answered "yes", no greeting and very disengaged. When it was time for me to go back, I asked it she had read my chart. In a raised voice she said no she didn't have a chart and she had never seen me before. I said my history and concerns that I noted on the sign in pad is what I was referring to as my chart. She appeared annoyed so I said I wouldn't continue with the appt. because her energy seemed off when I was in the lobby. Then she explained she looks at the history when the patient comes in and addressed my concerns. I said well maybe I was just nervous and I'd proceed. She insisted on me telling her how she was "out putting," when I came in. I said I didn't say you were out putting. In an argumentive tone she said yes you did you used the term out putting. I said I don't even know what it means. She said you said it. I replied that I didn't. She said I'm going to cancel the exam. I said that's fine because I've been recording everything. She said I'm going to give you your money back. I said as you should. I was going to ignore the entire encounter until I read Yelp and other reviews to see thatDr. PAYNES lack of courtesy, professionalism, and patient concern is not isolated to my encounter. Vet her for yourself, but for me it's a hard no❗I actually feel a lot of empathy for the assistant who was working diligently with several patients and polite to all of us‼️‼️
Military veteran threaten by the primary doctor who owns the lease space in Walmart mid treatment she stop test and tell me to leave store after payment was made to do eye test. Such a site to see for customers in store witness the doctor behavior I refuse to leave without refund immediately the doctor call the police without giving refund I wait for police during the wait she gives me my refund I still wait for the police for my safety once Police arrived they apologize on her behalf so embarrassing to see with eye
The doctor and the staff are all.so friendly, personable and professional. Not to mention, they're customers are so stylish...just look how fabulous they are! lol great vibes here.
Friendly and professional staff (Ms. Crystal and Ms. Sylvia)! Been coming here for 4 years and we always receive 5 star service. Our exams are done elsewhere, but I always leave feeling pleased about the glasses we select. Prices are reasonable and the staff make sure the glasses fit and that we are well taken care of before leaving. I recommend the Walmart Vision Center to others.
