I got glasses from Dr. Hartley and Paul last week and am ecstatic. The pair of glasses I had were prescribed 10 years ago fron and served me well. This time I bought 2 pairs because, when you are nearsighted, looking for your glasses is challenging. They are AWESOME! (And I rarely use that word but is wholeheartedly deserved). Thank you! Shanta

Dr. Hartley is the most professional, thorough, honest, trustworthy and helpful optometrist I have ever had the pleasure to visit. We have been going to Dr. Hartley for many years and there is a reason why she has been in business in Laguna Beach for so long. She provides a service that is above and beyond the usual optometrist. I absolutely love Dr. Susan Hartley and Paul. My brother and I have been their patients for 27 years. Dr. Hartley is extremely thorough, compassionate, and informative. Paul is kind, has always helped us navigate through our insurance and is always available for helping assist us with glasses and contacts. We always look forward to our check ups.
They have the best selection of frame colors, shapes, and patterns. If you don't find exactly what you want they can order by catalog, unlike major retailers. Paul was very helpful to ensure the right fit I needed.
