Really great experience. Dr. Annie Liang was thorough, took her time, and explained everything clearly. She made sure I got the right lenses and that everything was a perfect fit for me. I felt comfortable the entire visit and never rushed. Definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful experience here. Dr DeRicco gave me a very thorough exam. Christina A. was great and walked me through all of my options when it came to contacts and frames with all of the different price points. I felt comfortable with all of my options and ended up leaving with a pair of glasses that I loved!
Dr Diricco, is awesome! I went to see her, for what I have been told the past twenty years, is Keratoconus. She was short staffed as her technician was out ill yet she kept the office buzzing right along. In spite of being "rushed" she spent all the time necessary to explain all my options without rushing me.She is extremely knowledgeable and offered me options that other Dr's either glossed over or missed entirely. She even went so far as to provide me with a trial pair of contact lenses until we hear from my insurance. I am so glad I found her she is an extremely competent, thorough, professional, with a very friendly personality. She is fantastic.
Dr. Diricco was the best optometrist I’ve had and helped fix a major eye problem. Sadly she has left the practice and her replacement was the polar opposite. I didn’t even know she’d left until I showed up for a follow-up and the appointment was cancelled without telling me. The new doctor barely registered I was there and was rude and dismissive. I had recently had eye surgery and wanted to check things but he insisted my prescription couldn’t have changed enough to bother so didn’t check anything. I’m certain I needed a new prescription in one eye post-surgery but he wouldn’t even look. They convinced me to order contact lenses through them but after a month they still hadn’t come in despite already paying. I ordered online and got them the next day for a lot cheaper. They were very reluctant to refund me. I will be seeking vision care elsewhere from here on.
Extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL front desk receptionist. Called ahead HALF AN HOUR before my appointment to make sure they could still take me, as I received NO confirmation call despite booking through ZocDoc a week prior. When the receptionist answered, she had no clue I had an appointment, rudely asking me who I was seeing, then said I could still come. When I arrive at the front desk, she looks me up and down and says dismissively “We close at 7”, before PURPOSELY staying on the phone for another 5+ minutes, despite knowing I have an appointment. Then she finally, slowly like a sloth, asks me for my name and who I’m seeing, as if I didn’t just call her half an hour ago. She then proceeds to tell me curtly the provider can’t see me because she needs to leave. Why even have open appointment time slots that can’t be fulfilled? When I ask why I can’t be seen, she then rudely says I was late, when she waited 5 whole minutes to even begin looking me up while I was just standing there. To the receptionist: I hope you get fired because your attitude is turning away any few customers who would even show up. By the way, this isn’t even a medical office—it’s a dingy glasses store. The tiles are grimy and black with dirt, the security alarm is ripped off the wall. Maybe it’s a blessing I didn’t get my eye exam here. Well, I’m a $60 Uber out, so disrespectfully, I hope you have the worst Christmas ever.
