For years I witnessed my husband getting serviced at this location, and me just getting yearly check ins. Never would I attend on me now needing glasses. Let's just say Jenan helped me feel comfortable while I was sad of my new change. I really truly appreciate her giving me the confidence to feel beautiful. The one time I didn't get treated like a $$
I definitely felt like I was treated like a black woman which is fine with me because I am. I was there for at least an hour after I was told to come 15 minutes early. I was there before anybody that arrived and they called all of them before me and they were different colors than me so I walked out and I found me another eye place to go to and take me and my daughter because I will not be treated some type of way because of my color
The DR was absolutely amazing. She was very informative and answered all my questions. The woman that worked the front desk was very polite. The woman who helped me pick my glasses and fit me for them seemed like she was annoyed I wasn't buying more products. "Well if you don't do this, you may have this problem" which I get, upselling is part of the job but her whole demeanor changed once I said I didn't want any extras. When I came in to pick up my glasses, the woman was incredibly rude, I told her they needed to be adjusted a little tighter and she snatched them from the counter and when I asked if she could clean them after or give me a cleaning cloth, she told me "cleaning cloths cost $5 but yeah, I guess we can clean them". I only gave this review a 3 because of the Dr and how fast my glasses arrived after ordering them.
I traveled to see my mom and made an appointment for eyeglasses during my short two week stay. I chose a place in the neighborhood. My mom is elderly and everyone treated her with care. The technician and doctor were knowledgeable and answered every question we had. Picking glasses according to what her insurance covered was easy and the glasses were ready in a timely manner. I would use this place again.
They are the best every time I'm in there for my son's glasses! I honestly haven't had such great customer service like that in a very long time. I have worked with at least 4 different people and each one amazing!
