Megan was super helpful, not only did she make us feel comfortable and welcomed even though I was unable to have an appointment that day. She did create a profile for so it would be a smooth transition for when I scheduled. She was funny, kind and took the time to explain a lot to us. Highly recommended! It is hard to find registrars, secretaries, and staff alike that advocate for their patients and the business.
The staff was fast and efficient. They were able to get me in the same day for an exam and glasses. Bobby had the patience of a saint as I tried on 1 million different pairs, gave me space to debate & input when asked. The pricing was up front, shared features, knew my insurance coverages, no pressure to add features, but gave me options. Great experience thanks to Bobby in Woodhaven.

The place always seems clean and efficient. Anna did my exam and was great. After the exam, Paula was extremely helpful and kind, and picked out about half the store's worth of frames for me to try on in styles I liked. She was helpful without being overbearing or rushy, and answered all my questions. She also gave me honest input regarding fit and style, which I really appreciated as it seems many places just want you to buy frames and leave. Ask for Paula!
Paula was AMAZING! She thoroughly explained all of our add-on options and insurance coverage. She helped us make the most of our benefits while meeting all of our needs. She did it all with a friendly smile!!!
