What a great sales person/technician/nice person Stephanie is! She helped me so much today with lighthearted, friendly advice. I sought her out on purpose because she’s helped me on two other occasions as well. I am not the type to give a review, but I’m making an exception for this top notch technician. Please keep her happy, SVS!

Had a 7:15pm appointment today (Thursday 4/16/26). Received a phone call from staff at 2pm asking if I wanted to come in at 2:30pm because they just got a cancellation. I declined because I was already out handling business. The staff member did not sound too pleased and it was almost as if she wanted to make it seem like she was a bother to me and/or she was trying to help me out by giving an earlier appointment with ONLY a 30min window, so how could I pass up on it(?). NO WAY. I get to the office, lights are out and there’s a note on the door lol!!! The note states “ We are sorry. All of our systems are down and we closed early.” Sounds like a child wrote it and it was directed to me. Two other customers walked up to the door. One trying to buy sunglasses for his girlfriend and another to look around. So more business was missed out on. Not just mine.

After having my son’s appt scheduled for months in advance. I kept receiving multiple voicemails from the office basically stating if I didn’t give them a call back to give them my sons insurance information they would cancel his appointment, like I haven’t already given them his information. Or assuming like I couldn’t pay with cash. When calling Deborah she said his insurance was inactive and there is nothing she could do, she doesn’t know what the insurance is or what it could be in a snarky attitude. I call his insurance plan and they tell me everything is very much active and was an error on the offices end. I call back and tell her then she says she’s going to call them and she’ll call me back because they take all day on the phone like she was irritated with me or something for simply doing her job. Fine, cool, whatever. I receive a call back in a nicer tone stating that his insurance was in fact active. But before threatening to cancel someone’s appt because of an error on your end maybe try double checking all numbers making sure they’re typed in correctly. Oh yeah and no apology or anything from her or on her behalf

Went for an eye exam and new lenses for my glasses. Every person there was very friendly and helpful from the time i arrived through to the time i left and then again after i got home i called back with a question. Thank you "S" for putting up with all my changes! You're awesome!! And thank you everyone else there for your kindness and helpfulness!!

My first and best experience ever with getting glasses. Entire staff was completely amazing. Highly recommend this place to anyone. Staff was so polite and professional.
