Terrible experience. The doctor seemed more focused on getting through the appointment than listening to the patient. She talked over me, didn't allow me to ask questions, and came across as rude and dismissive. I left feeling unheard and rushed. The receptionist was polite and helpful, which was the only positive part of my visit. I think I need a different location.
My experience at this SVS location was well above my expectations. The staff are very friendly and provided top notch customer service. Debbie was great to work with and made sure my glasses fit perfectly when I came to pick them up. I was happy enough to pick out a 2nd pair of glasses! I highly recommend visiting this location if your ready to have an eye exam done or need a new set of glasses.
Outstanding from 1st contact, (no pun intended) to pickup. I had Rx safety glasses made using an existing scrip from HF Optim eyes. Fit so well I forget they're safety glasses, might rock these on the street!
The location was good until I had an encounter with their office manager, who first off wasn't that pleasant to begin with. I came in to drop off the frames I planned using to put my prescription in. I guess I was given inaccurate information about the frames I was told I could bring in. All I asked for was them to send the frames and let the lab make the final decision, like I was told would happen when I came in initially for my eye exam. I bring the frames in and the office manager basically said she wouldn't even send them to the lab for them to make the decision. This office (or office manager) unfortunately wasted my time and showed me she wouldn't even take the time to let the lab who does the work confirm whether the frames I purchased would or would not work. This was very disappointing
It’s rare to meet someone like Rita who is both knowledgeable and so thoughtful with patients. My mom has high myopia, and eye appointments can sometimes feel overwhelming for her, but Rita made the entire experience calm and reassuring from start to finish. I’m very grateful for her help and would highly recommend her to anyone visiting this office.
