This Office made me feel like “FAMILY”. The moment I arrived. I had an issue with my transitional glasses and Mr. Tony walked out in the heat and activated them and educated me on how and why they do what they do in the heat my man… Tony and Jody were so familiar and knowledgeable GREAT TEAM.
Phenomenal folks work here! The entire staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. Ashleigh is truly a gem! She was nice over the phone and even better in person. It's rare to come across such good customer service now and SVS Vision has created a standard of excellence. Give these people a raise!
I've been going to the SVS Vision in South Euclid since 2018. The service there has been professional through each segment of the process. The staff is so friendly and tremendously helpful. I cannot say enough to totally describe the experience but, I look forward to seeing them every year and throughout the year when my glasses need an adjustment or just stop in to say hello.
