Everyone was great. The Dr was amazing but the star of the show was the Torri. She had great customer service made me feel like no questions I had was a dumb one . Whe was very knowledgeable and very kind this was mu first time here i will definitely be back.

Made an appointment with one of the doctors but she ended up have a family emergency the day of my appointment. I was pretty bummed since that was my only day I was off from work that week. I was able to schedule an appointment for first thing two days later with Dr. Switalski. He was supper nice and finished up my exam quickly. Everyone there was also supper nice. Even with the bummer experience I do recommend them.

Quick appointment scheduling, efficient check in check out process. Courteous and efficient staff. Excellent Doctor Paul. Very pleasant visit and already scheduled to see them next year!

Had eye examination and contact lens fitting a couple of weeks ago. Saw Dr. Paul who did a great job, was very knowledgeable and personable. The office staff was helpful and professional. Overall very good experience and would recommend!

Dr Paul is the most awful, unprofessional, disrespectful person I’ve ever dealt with. I went with my daughter for contacts, which is a new thing for both of us. After 3 visits I was asking a few questions trying to understand and get educated about it, in return he yelled at me several times in front of my little girl, interrupting me not even letting me ask my questions just for questioning things. I was never disrespectful or difficult in any way so his reaction really caught me off guard. He was forcing me into only 1 option for contacts which was way unaffordable for me (money grab!) so I was just trying to see what other options are available, and for some reason he took offense to that and talked down to me like I’m stupid while yelling at me. My daughter was so scared of how rough and disrespectful he was that she left his office shaking. Also, the “training” they provided for my daughter to learn how to put on the contacts was a total waste of time and money… I felt scammed. Didn’t even provide good instructions, she left there with no idea… she learned later on her own from YouTube! And the contact trials he gave weren’t even her correct prescription, he said “it’s good enough.” WTH? All the knowledge I have in contacts so far I received from outside and not from his office! Shame on you Dr Paul! Be better! I easily found much better pricing elsewhere, basically every other place I looked into - don’t get ripped off here. Btw, read other reviews, several others with similar bad experiences with this guy. Stay away!
