Dr. Tammy she is great. She was very patient with me and she explain everything in detail. Did not rushed. Give me various options. Very happy with her and the front desk ladies. I had a amazing experience.
From entrance to departure, I felt seen and heard. The receptionist was kind and very helpful. Dr.Tammy has a soft and caring spirit. It's what customer service should be modeled after. 🙂
I had an excellent experience! Everyone was courteous and helpful from the receptionist, to the preliminary exam technician, and to the actual exam. Dr Nguyen was knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything quite well. I highly recommend Switalski Eye Clinic.
