Great family-owned business with impeccable customer service. My entire family has gone here for many years. I can't recommend anyplace better for your vision needs.

I've been to several different eye doctors in the past. Some have big, fancy offices, upscale waiting rooms, free coffee, etc. You won't find that here - and I love that about Sylvania Vision Center! You don't need all that when you never have to wait longer than a minute or two to be seen by Dr. Pezo! Her and Robert are personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. Not many doctors themselves take the time to find "just the right, square-shaped frame for my big round face"! I've only been a patient for 2-years, but I feel super comfortable when I'm there. At the time of my appt, they already have my insurance info printed out, so they can explain exactly what's covered and what's not. Great experiences each time I've gone!

I was looking for a local eye doctor that was close to home and work. Dr. Pezo is great! I called in to make sure my coverage was good for their practice. She went above and beyond. She contacted my insurance and had a full list of my coverage waiting for me. I was able to schedule my appointment in a timely manner. When I showed up the next day, she was very through with my exam. She recommended eye glasses and contacts. I would highly recommend them!

Dr. Pezo has always done a thorough job and provided me with great glasses to fit my needs. She answers any questions I may have and reviews any changes in my vision. She also greeted me by name when I stopped in without an appointment. Highly recommend Sylvania Vision Center!

My children and I have been patients for several years, and we have always had excellent customer service. The negative review doesn't even make sense - there is no receptionist at this office. When you call or visit the office, you speak to Dr Pezo or Robert directly. That's one of the things I love about this practice - you're speaking directly with the owners every time you call or need assistance with something. You don't get that kind of service with many large practices.
