I really appreciate how professional and thorough the team at Open Eyes are. Soon as I walk in, they're quick to greet me and get me all setup for my appointment. The doctors are also incredibly knowledgeable and are thrilled to answer and and all questions about eye health. Would highly recommend them for all your eye care needs.

Wonderful front desk staff. Kind, polite, calm, friendly, diverse staff that makes you feel very relaxed and at ease. Dr. Ta is awesome! She is very informative, knowledgeable, honest, easy to communicate with, has an upbeat sence of humor and aura. Great energy! Location is convenient, and flexible schedules are available. Been with Dr. Ta for many years. Her practice is definitely worth sticking with.

Dr Royal was thorough and did not seem rushy. She and the staff is awesome to assist. The office staff was friendly. They are located in the Parks Mall. In time past, I only visited one other optometrist doctor in mall on the upper level or at Target, those optometrists barely engaged and somewhat rude in nature. Hence, I'm glad I call this number as I thought I was getting the location in the upper mall as last time. Praise the Lord, I got people who cared and there is more than one doctor on site. Call them! They are right next door to Lens Crafters. Also, they took lots of pictures of my eyes and I got a chance to see the images. I will be referring my family and friends. Thank you!

The front desk staff was overly rude and dismissive dishonest and had smart remarks to say over the phone and hung up on me. When I’ve been waiting for my contact lenses for about a month now with no update from them I had to call to follow up and see what the hold up was and they lied said the system was down and then sent me a text stating it would be in by the end of the week or early the following week. I followed up yet again and that’s when I had the rudest interaction with the woman on the phone and I knew she was going to make smart remarks and thought of me as a joke when she laughed on the phone when I asked her what she needed to pull up my information before I addressed my issue. I will not be coming back here again the doctors were great they just need new staff up front. I sent an email to the Dr. Diane Ta addressing my concerns and will also be filing a complaint to the board.
