Dr Kim was very thorough and professional. The technology they was was better nice and thorough as well as Dr. Kim rechecking everything that was off concern. Everything was very clean. Will definitely be making this my permanent eye care place. Very happy with all the service I received and customer care. Highly recommend!
Really want to give this office 5 stars. The front office ladies were super kind and efficient. Dr. Lee, was wonderful. Honestly, we will definitely come back here. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is on the pre check online paperwork it states they give the AAA discount, which is the main reason I choose eye Dr.s associated with Lens Crafters. However, upon arrival I was told they discontinued giving a AAA discount. Since we don't have eye insurance, this matters. Just wish I had known up front, otherwise can't say enough positive about the experience.
I first used Kim Eyecare 153 in 2025. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Lee was very thorough with her exam and provided a prescription that worked very well for me. I returned for my yearly and once again service and attention to my needs were excellent. I will continue to use Dr. Lee for all future optical needs.
The Korean eye doctor was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. The examination was very detailed, and I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout the entire visit. I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this clinic.
This place is amazing! The new technology they use makes eye exams easier than ever. It was clean, organized, and just a great overall experience. Dr. Lee and the front desk were awesome, took their time to answer my questions, when going so far as to have me try a different pair of contacts which ended up feeling much better for my. I will absolutely keep coming back.
