I had excellent experience from start to finish. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and took the time to listen to my concerns. I really appreciated how thoroughly my options were explained and that I never felt rushed. I left feeling confident in my new prescription and would definitely recommend Taft Eye Care to my friends and family.
The office staff was very welcoming and friendly. I liked that they explained what they were doing. I decided before I even left the office that this was the only optometrist that I would be seeing from here on out.
I highly recommend this Taft office as a go-to for your vision needs. The staff and doctor are absolutely awesome. They will absolutely take as much time needed to help you and answer any questions you may have. You feel more at home as opposed to a number in a doctor's office. I traveled 2 hours for this appointment and will do it over and over again if necessary. Thank you ladies for being so kind
