I would like to thank Dr. Reynolds for the outstanding care provided during both of my cataract surgeries. Dr. Reynolds was professional, skilled, and reassuring throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain the procedures clearly, answered questions, thoroughly, and inspired confidence and trust. His expertise and compassionate bedside manner made both surgeries, smooth and successful. I deeply appreciate the exceptional care and excellent outcomes provided by Dr. Reynolds. The outcome of my cataract surgeries has been excellent, resulting in significantly better vision and an improved quality of life. I am very grateful for the enhanced clarity and ability to see more clearly following the procedures. The successful results exceeded my expectations and made a meaningful difference in my daily activities.

I’ve been to the Tampa Eye Clinic two times now, and I want to be fair in my review. The staff and workers were very friendly, professional, and pleasant during both visits. I have no complaints at all about how I was personally treated. However, both appointments lasted over three hours. My appointments were scheduled for 11:20 AM, and both times I did not leave the office until around 2:00 PM. The waiting room was full, and many patients appeared frustrated by the long wait times as well. Since I’m new to Florida, I don’t know if this is common practice here, but it is by far the longest I’ve ever waited for an eye appointment. It honestly feels like the office may be overbooking appointments. The doctors and staff seem very capable and kind, but the scheduling process could really use improvement. I believe bringing in a stronger office management system or improving appointment scheduling would greatly improve the patient experience.

I visited Dr. Leach at his office for the first time on August 25, 2026, and he and his staff were exceptional. They took time to explain To meeverything Relating to diagnosis and treatment, and I felt like I was visiting the very best eye doctor in America. This is a busy office, but they somehow manage to be both efficient and thorough. The reception staff is very sweet. My technician, Mariah, was friendly and personable. She took time to answer my questions and make me feel comfortable. I really enjoyed my interaction with her. Dr Abreu was excellent as well. His eye examination was quite detailed. In the event I develop any eye issues in the future, I’m confident it will be caught early in his care. Candy, the lady who checked me out, was very helpful and kind. She gave me advice about ordering contact lenses. I had an excellent experience here, from start to finish.

Some visits are better than others. When you are a patient of a medical practice, you can only hope that things will go smoothly the day of your appointment. And things went beautifully for me. From check in to final goodbye, I was treated like a queen. Thank you, Dr.Leach, for having a great staff!
