This target optical location Is awesome. Everybody is very helpful. Service is great. And the replacement warranty is well worth every penny. I’ve replaced two lenses in the last 10 months. When they say unlimited, they mean it lol great location great service thanks so much.
I have such a deep appreciation for this location! I started going here last year when I had an emergency occur and they were so kind, empathetic and eager to help. The front desk staff are always so wonderful, upbeat and ready to help you in any way they can. I always have a positive interaction with them, so I’m immediately happy to be there. The first available doctor at this location was not the right fit for me, which is when I was introduced to Dr. Riley. He is patient, informative, doesn’t rush the appointment, always answers all my questions and is just a very kind man. This isn’t the closest target optical to my house, but I’ll gladly make the drive for the service provided by Dr. Riley and the front office staff!
I have my own optometrist but I stopped in to ask a question at target optical. Alice was so nice and so knowledgeable I set up an appointment, bought glasses and contacts and have been going there ever since! They're the best and they have a great selection of frames.
Alice is the best!! She's been helping me for the last 10+ years I've been coming here and she's always so kind and helpful. The doctors and other staff are great too! Great selection of frames and sunglasses too.
I went a month ago and got charged for a glasses and contact prescription when only requested for contacts. The Dr. was amazing is the only reason I’m okay with one star. With that being said the communication had been poor, if at all. Waited longer than a month. Call multiple times, nobody gave me any answers. Update, Joey fantastic, kept is word and found my order!! Thank you Joey for taking care of me and I will return because of this service
