I had such an amazing experience at Target Optical! From the moment we booked our appointment, everything was smooth and stress-free. Aryanna went above and beyond to help us, especially when it came to sorting out our insurance. Dr. Jiang was truly exceptional. She actually took the time to listen to our concerns, answer all of our questions, and made us feel completely comfortable throughout the entire visit. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients, which made such a difference. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, patient, and professional. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for quality care and a welcoming experience!

All the staff was very welcoming and helpful, great overall experience. Dr. Jiang was knowledgeable, patient, and answered any questions I had with no judgement. I made an appointment and the whole process for my examination was very efficient with no time wasted. Would definitely recommend coming here, and I'll be returning whenever I require any eye care.

I went to americas best for my eye exam and to purchase glasses but their customer service wasn’t so great, I left and as I was on my way to Costco I remembered target had an eye center. I am so glad I came because the customer service was amazing and I found a great pair of glasses for an amazing deal! Definitely will be coming back here every year for my exam and glasses instead of Americas Best

I took my teenage son to get his eyes checked today and had an amazing experience. Dr. Jiang was so patient, kind and professional. She made us feel very comfortable and you can tell she really cares about her patients. Sam was incredibly helpful while assisting us in choosing frames - her customer service was topnotch! Overall, we felt welcomed and well taken care of from the moment we walked in. I will be a returning customer for sure!
